A traditional Korean floor-area unit still common in property talk: 1 pyeong = 400/121 ≈ 3.306 m².

Unit guide
Square meters, square feet, acres
Korean real estate legally uses square meters (with pyeong in conversation), US and Hong Kong listings use square feet, and land is quoted in acres or hectares. Anchors: 1 hectare = 10,000 m² (about 1.4 soccer fields), 1 acre ≈ 4,047 m², 1 pyeong ≈ 3.3 m² (two people lying down).
How this converter calculates
Every unit is converted to square meters first, then divided into the target unit. Pyeong uses its exact definition of 400/121 m², avoiding accumulated rounding.
